A Sad Passing

Altoona City Councilman and ILoveAltoona.com co-founder Jason Ibrahim passed away suddenly at his home Friday evening.  Jason was a new Councilman who had just been elected in November 2009.  He leaves behind his wife, Elizabeth, and three young children.
