(STAFF REPORTS) ABCD Corp. is the Altoona Blair County Development Corporation, a non-profit agency dedicated to helping Blair County grow and develop economically. They just released their monthly newsletter, which includes a report on Norfolk Southern unveiling a prototype all-electric locomotive here in Blair County. The newsletter also reports on Penn State Altoona’s 70th Anniversary and other local economic news. See the November issue of Inside the Corridor.
