Please join us for the 5th Annual “All American Festival” on Friday, June 25th from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Evergreen Manors Basketball Court Area. The Keystone Regiment Drum and Bugle Corps with open the festival with a performance. Entertainment and carnival games will be provided by Hilton Family Entertainment. Magician & Balloon Artist Dennie Huber will perform his well-loved magic act and create balloon art for the children. The Evergreen Manors’ Leadership Group along with community volunteers will prepare & serve refreshments. Sophia Medairy, Miss Teen Pennsylvania International 2010 will be in attendance. Operation Our Town will be providing information & fingerprinting for children. Child Advocates of Blair County, Big Brothers/Big Sisters, Pyramid Health Care, the Family Literacy Program, The Inter-municipal Relations Committee, Recycling Office, and the Evergreen Manors’ Girl Scout Troop will be hosting booths to share information and provide activities for children. There will be food, music, prizes, and dancing. The first Evergreen Manors’ Free Throw Championship will be held prior to the festival; beginning at 4:30 PM. Enhancement to festival activities is made possible by a grant from Operation Our Town. “Today’s” Evergreen Manors is a vibrant diverse community. This is safe and affordable housing at it’s’ best,” states Kathy Baskin, the Supportive Services Coordinator at Evergreen Manors. The festival is free and open to the public.
