1208 13th Street
Opposite the Cathedral of the Blessed Sacrament, is the First United Methodist Church. Built in 1907 and designed by M.R. Brown of New York, it is constructed of Hummelstown brownstone, cut into rough-faced ashlar blocks. The pointed windows and large amounts of stained glass are features borrowed from the Gothic Style.
